The complainant /Mr. Arindam Chakrabarty is present personally by filing hazira and Mr. Sankar Dey , authorized agent of Op No.1 is also present personally by filing hazira.

     Heard both sides.

     The complainant has filed this case for realization of Rs.5870/- .

     On consent the dispute has been settled between the parties at Rs. 1470/- on condition that the OP No.1 will pay Rs.1470/- by cash by 08.12.2016 to the complainant without fail. In case of failure on the part of the OP No.1, he is to pay fine @ Rs.100/- per day’s delay and the amount so accumulated for delay shall be deposited in the Consumer Legal Aid Account.  

     Hence,

                                          Ordered

That the Consumer Complaint No. 78/2016 be and the same is disposed of on settlement voluntarily.

     Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
