On scrutiny of record, it appears that on 18.08.2023, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution and the date was fixed on 21.09.2023 and today also the complainant is absent and no step taken on her behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.
