Case called at 3.00p.m. Complainant called out absent. Initially this case was called on 28.03.18. On that day, Complainant was called out absent. Hence it was posted on 04.04.18 for hearing on admissibility. On that day, Complainant was present. We heard the Complainant and admit the complaint and ordered to issue notice to the Op and posted the matter on 03.05.18. On that day, case called, Complainant was absent. Notice sent to Op returned unserved with an endorsement ‘addressee left’. Then this matter was posted on 23.05.18 to take further steps. On that day, steps was not taken and posted the matter on 14.06.18. On that day also steps was not taken, then posted the matter on 29.06.18. On that day also Complainant was absent. Hence the matter was adjourned on 26.07.18 to take steps. On 26.07.18, Complainant was absent, steps not taken. Hence this matter was posted on this day i.e.21.08.18 to take steps. Inspite of sufficient time given to the Complainant, he did not take further steps for issuance of the notice to Op. It seems that, after filing the complaint, Complainant has not shown any interest in prosecuting his case. Hence, this forum has no other go, except to dismiss the complaint as steps not taken. Accordingly, complaint filed by the Complainant is dismissed as steps not taken for issuance of the notice to Op.
