          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act.2019.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to pay the complainant an actual expense for repairing the washing machine a sum of Rs.10500/- and to pay a sum of Rs.50000/- towards as compensation for suffering and deficiency in service and to pay a sum of Rs.30000/- towards the mental agony suffered by the complainant due to the acts of the opposite parties and to pay a sum of  Rs.25000/- towards cost.

Complainant absent.  No representation.  Sufficient time given.  Complainant has no interest in prosecuting the complaint. Hence, the complaint is dismissed for default.
