Ram Lal, Manager of OPs, this Consumer Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. The said statement shall form part of this order.     4.   The certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Dharindra Shukla, Counsel for Complainant.

 

 

Stated that parties have compromised the matter outside the Forum for Rs.2500/-. The said amount has been paid to Sh.Ram Lal, Manager of the OPs. The Complainant has also received the Vehicle (Ford Icon bearing Regn. No.CH-03-M-5163), along with the keys from the OPs. In these set of circumstances, the instant Consumer Complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn having been comprised.
