Sh. Sudhanshu Dwivedi, learned counsel for the appellant is present.  None is present on behalf of respondents.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that connected First Appeal No. 106 of 2020; Reliance General Insurance Company Limited and another Vs. Sh. Afroz and others, was filed, in which the insurance company (appellants in the said appeal) and the complainant (respondent No. 1 to the said appeal) had entered into compromise and the said appeal has been finally decided by this Commission vide order dated 28.02.2022, on the basis of the compromise, due to which, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous.  Hence, he wants to withdraw this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Let the record be consigned.
