            Both parties are present.

           The parties have filed a joint petition stating that they have amicably settled the case out of Forum.

            It appears that the O.P., WBSEDCL has agreed to install electric line in the house of the complainant i.e. (1) Arabinda Debnath, (2) Dipen Roy & (3) Pran Krishna Ghosh within 15 days from this day.

            Accordingly, the present DF Case No.28/2014 is disposed through Lok Adalat in terms of the compromise petition which do form part of the order.

            If the O.P, WBSEDCL fails to install electric line in stipulated period the complainants are at liberty to file Execution Case to execute the order.

            Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties at free of costs.
