“Stated that there is some technical defect in framing the present complaint and at this stage the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and I withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defects.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint id dismissed as withdrawn and the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defects, if any. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
