Final Order / Judgement

            File is taken up today on the application moved on behalf of the DH. Power of attorney on behalf of JDs filed.

        DH appeared and made a statement that the matter has been compromised and he received a cheque bearing No.310081 dated 30.07.2024 for a sum of Rs.15,64,255/- (Rupees Fifteen Lac Sixty Four Thousand Two Hundred fifty Five Only) as full and final settlement from JDs and thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution and same be dismissed as withdrawn. Statement recorded separately.

          Heard.

          Keeping in view the statement made by the DH, the present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. 

          File be consigned to records after due compliance.
