Several defects found in the complaint. No annexures mentioned in the body of complaint nor marked. There is mention of OP-2 in para 8 and defendant no. 2 in para 9, however no  such parties have been referred in the memo of parties. At this stage, counsel for complainant sought liberty to withdraw the case and file it afresh. The case is dismissed as withdrawn. Let original copy of the complaint be returned after retaining a copy for record. File be consigned to record room.
