                   None for respondents. 

                   Name of the responsible person of respondent no.2 not filed, against whom the bailable warrant is to be issued. Notice sent to respondent no.1, through registered post on 1.5.15, but despite service of the notice, till today none has come present on behalf of respondent no.1. As such, the present execution application stands adjourned sine die for the time being and warrant of recovery against the respondent no.1 and 2 be sent to District Collector. However, applicant is at liberty to get the present execution application revived, after the execution of the warrant of recovery or as and when the same is so required. File be consigned to record room.
