COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF

THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT,1986

Present: Shri Hemant Sharma, Adv. for complainant.

          Shri Jagdeep Balyan, Adv. for respondent.

 

ORDER

          Today ld. Counsel for the Complainant had made a statement that due to technical grounds involved in the present complaint, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn with permission to filed the fresh complaint before this Forum. Original documents be returned. Benefit of section 14(2) of Limitation Act be also given.

Statement recorded separately.

Keeping in view the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission is granted to the complainant to file the fresh complaint before this Forum, Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant after keeping photo copies of the same on the case file.

However, the complainant would be entitled to the benefits of Section 14(2) of the Limitation Act for the period during which proceedings remain pending before this Forum.

File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
