PC Counsel submits that the matter has been finally settled between the parties and the complainant received a cheque of Rs. 13,800/- dated 17/01//2018 bearing no. 003028. and issued receipt on the copy of the cheque it self. Since the complainant is not present, Put up for 23/03/2018.

File taken up again as Shri Ram Yash Mishra A/R for the complainant appear and move an application for withdrawal of complaint on the ground that he has second the sale price of mobile phone i.e. 13800/- vide ch no. 003028 dt 17/01/2018 of kotak mahindra bank.  The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as the matter has been settled. File consigned to Record Room.
