This order shall dispose of an application filed by the applicants/complainants for issuance of directions to the opposite parties to produce booking application dated 31.05.2012.
2. Opposite parties in their reply have stated that no such booking application dated 24.07.2012 was ever filled up.
3. Though, in the heading of the application, complainants have mentioned application dated 31.05.2012, while in the body of the application as well as in the prayer, complainants have sought production of application dated 24.07.2012. Since, no such application was ever submitted and opposite parties have denied the submission of application dated 24.07.2012, therefore, no directions can be issued to the opposite parties to produce a document which does not exist. It may also be added that the opposite parties have placed on the file booking application dated 03.06.2013 and have exhibited in their evidence.
4. In view of above, the application is dismissed.
