This is a complaint of the complainant against advocate for not returning the  fee paid by him to the advocates.  Earlier, he had sent a letter which was returned to the complainant to file formal complaint if any.  Now, he has filed formal complaint against advocates. The same letter is taken on record. However, the complainant is not present today. Apparently, the case is not maintainable as per settled principal of law so far.  Even otherwise none is present for complainant. Therefore, without referring any opinion complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
