 1.        This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. The first opposite party entered appearance and filed version denying the allegation of deficiency in service raised by the complainant. The second opposite party was called absent and set exparte on 08.04.2022.

3.       When the case came up for consideration today, the complainant was present and submitted that the matter is settled out of Court and is not willing to further proceed with this complaint. He made an endorsement to that effect on the complaint and stated that he is not pressing the complaint in view of the settlement. The settlement between the parties accepted and recorded.

          In the result, the complaint is dismissed as settled.     

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
