       Complainants are absent without any step. O.p. nos.2 & 3 file hazira. O.p. no.3 files evidence on affidavit alongwith copy. Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainants but on repeated calls none appears for the complainants.

       Record shows that complainants were absent for several dates and even today complainants are absent without any step and did not file show-cause in spite of direction of this commission.

       In the above backdrop, we are of the view that complainants are not interested to proceed further with the case. Thus, the instant case is dismissed for default.
