Order Below Exh. 01 In C.C.No. 211/2011

Complaint and his advocate are absent since long.  The matter has been pending for the taking of the steps by the complaint since 29/04/2011.  The complaint has not taken any step for the appearance of the opponents before us.    It appears that, complaint is not interested in prosecuting the matter.  As such, we had passed an order against compliant on last date on 24/05/2013 that, he shall take steps; else matter would be dismissed in default. Today also, neither complaint nor his advocate is present.  No step taken by the complaint.  The matter is therefore, liable to be dismissed in default vide Section 13 (2) (C) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Hence we pass the following order.

O R D E R

1.                 The complaint is dismissed in default vide Section 13 (2) (C) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

2.                 Inform the parties accordingly.
