This case has been originated on the basis of the application so received through the post. But it appears that the office has pointed out the defects and accordingly, the complainant was informed to remove the defects. this case has been fixed admission. it is also apparent that despite issuance of notice dated 30.06.2022 complainant has not taken step yet to remove the defects and he has been absent. Therefore, it is apparent that the complainant has left the interest in this case after removing the defects. Therefore, this complaint petition stands dismissed for default.
