                  Shri Mohd. Firoz Ansari, learned counsel for the complainant.

                   Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for complainant, we are of the view that as per the valuation and relief claimed the pecuniary jurisdiction will be of the District Forum.

                  In the circumstances, with liberty to the complainant to withdraw the complaint and to file the same before the appropriate Forum with appropriate pleadings and relief we dispose of the complaint.
