Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

But neither complainant no. 1 nor complainant no. 2 are appears to show cause. From the record it is apparent that both of them received notice on 29.08.2022 as to the complaint pending before this Commission for disposal. It seems to us that the complainants are no more interested to proceed with the case and that it is not possible for this Commission to run the case with the prolonged absence of the complainants. We think this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution; but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
