Final Order / Judgement

Order No.03

Complainants are absent without any steps.

Seen the track report in respect of complainant no.1 and complainant no.2 showing that notice has been served upon complainant no.1 and complainant no.2 on 06.01.2024.

Be it mentioned that this case has been received on transfer from Ld. Barasat Commission.

For extra caution notice has been issued upon complainant no.1 and complainant no.2 but in spite of good service complainant no.1 and complainant no.2 did not appear.

Regarding notice of O.P. nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 at this stage it is redundant in the sense complainants themselves have become absent in spite of receiving notice.

In the result, there is no need to proceed further with the case at all.

Keeping in mind the object and spirit of the C.P. Act, this instant case is disposed of without merit.
