This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 & 2 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to deliver 100 grams of pure Gold (999.9%) to the complainant without claiming any difference in market value of the Gold against the credit balance of Rs.2,07,858.10 p transferred to his account, to give proper explanation to the amounts unlawfully debited to the complainant’s account amounting to Rs.1,29,300/-, to cease and desist from adopting unfair trade practice and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, inconvenience and hardship with cost to the complainant.

Memo filed and recorded.  In view of the memo, this complaint is dismissed as not pressed.   Memo form part of the order.
