                   File put up today on an application moved by the complainant. Complainant suffered a statement that the matter interse the parties stood patched up amicably. He further stated that he no longer wants to persue the complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   In view of the statement made by the complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
