The Hon'ble State Commission, Chandigarh, Punjab vide its order dated 11.2.2019 burdened the OPs with Rs. 100000/- as compensation. Out of which Rs. 30000/- was to pay to the complainant as compensation including litigation expenses and balance amount Rs. 70000/- was to be deposited in the Consumer Legal Aid Account of the District Commission, Mansa.

On 27.1.2021 the respondent No.2 submitted a demand draft  bearing No. 010242 dated 19.12.2020 amounting to Rs. 20,000/- and a cheque bearing No.004546 dated 29.12.2020 amounting to Rs. 10,000/-. The applicant Munish Kumar has already received the payment, the same day and his statement was recorded separately.

It is reported by the concerned Clerk that Rs. 25000/- has already been received by this commission vide demand draft dated 28.10.2018. Remaining amount of Rs. 45000/- was to be deposited by the respondent as per order of the Hon'ble State Commission with this Commission. Today learned counsel for respondents Sh. Gurwinder Singh, Advocate has submitted a demand draft bearing No. 0010377 dated 28.1.2021 amounting Rs. 45000/- alongwith application before this Commission.

We have perused the order of the Hon'ble State Commission dated 11.2.2019. The respondent has complied with this order. The Superintendent of this Commission is directed to deposit the above said demand draft in the relevant account of the Commission as per rules. The copy of the same be retained on the Commission file. 

Resultantly, execution application is disposed of. Copy of the 

order be supplied to the parties as per rules. It be  indexed and consigned to record.
