ORDER

Complainant in person filed Memo in section in SR No. 583 dated 20-8-2013 and wherein stating that he filed this complaint on his name instead of his son name who infact purchased the cell phone by covering Insurance Policy. Hence the complainant requested the Forum for permitting him for withdrawal of his complaint on his name for enabling his son to file fresh complaint in the name of his son.

In view of the Memo , this complaint is “ DISMISSED” as withdrawn by the complainant and permitted to file fresh complaint in the name of son of the complainant. No costs.
