                   Learned counsel for ops has suffered a statement that matter stands settled with the complainant and as per settlement, ops will pay Rs.30,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement amount within one month. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that aforesaid statement is acceptable to him and he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by the statements of their counsel and in case ops fails to make payment of Rs.30,000/- within one month from today then complainant will be entitled to interest on the said amount of Rs.30,000/- at the rate of @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual realization. File be consigned to the record room.
