ORDER

 

            Today matter is listed for arguments on admission. Since all correspondence by way of policy is of Jhadoda Kalan falling under South West District even Adhar Card of Complainant is also of Jadhoda Kalan which comes under the jurisdiction of South-West District. In our considered opinion present complaint is not maintainable on ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. Hence the complaint is dismissed being not maintainable before this Commission. Complainant is at liberty to file the same before appropriate Court/ Commission. Limitation, if any be condoned of in the interest of justice for proper adjudication of this matter. File be consigned to record room.
