Today, the case is fixed for admission hearing. At this stage, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Due to some technical defect, I withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file the fresh complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.”

In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. Office is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining the copies of the same on file. Extra sets of the complaint are also ordered to be returned. Copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
