Counsel for the OPs produced copy of Order dated 16.01.2024 of Hon'ble Supreme Court, New Delhi.

In view of SLP No.18376 of 2021 titled as Reliance Retail Ltd. Versus Dharam Pal and Anr., the Hon'ble Supreme Court has remanded the case back to Hon'ble National Commission for re-hearing. The present complaint is adjourned sinedie & shall be taken after the decision of Honble National Commission or as & when any application is filed by either of the parties. Accordingly File be consigned to the record room.
