ORDER

Vakalatnama on behalf of OP has been filed.   The parties have amicably settled the matter.  As per settlement the counsel for the OP has paid Rs.3000/- in cash to the counsel for the complainant towards full and final settlement of the case.  In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
