ORDER

     Parties have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Anil Kumar, Store Manager of OP has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Sukaam Gupta, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint is ordered to be disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order. If OP fails to pay Rs.10,000/- to the complainant as per undertaking within a period of 30 days from today i.e. 28.10.2016, then OP shall pay that amount of Rs.10,000/- alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from today i.e. 28.10.2016 till the payment is made.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
