ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     E-mail received from the counsel for complainant that he withdraws the present complaint on the instructions of the complainant as the matter has been settled. Contents of the e-mail confirmed from the counsel for complainant through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
