ORDER

     Case taken up today as on previous date, i.e., 10.05.2021, it was not taken up due to situation arising out of corona virus spread & measures to control it. It was adjourned for 14.07.2021 through public notice, copy of which is placed on the file and notice was also placed on the official website of this Commission, notice board & main gate of the premises of this Commission that case shall be taken up on 14.07.2021.

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     Email received from counsel for complainant that he withdraws the present complaint on the instructions of the complainant as the matter has been settled. Contents of the email confirmed from the counsel for complainant through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
