     Sh.Saurabh Gulia, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of OP. Today the parties have settled the dispute in sum of Rs.8000/-. Counsel for OP has made the payment of Rs.8000/- to the counsel for complainant. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant on the first page of the complaint itself, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
