It is informed on behalf of complainant transfer application is pending for adjudication before Hon’ble State Commission. On the last two dates of hearing also the similar submission was made on behalf of complainant. In the interest of justice we are of the considered view that the present complaint case be transferred to Hon’ble State Commission for further necessary action.

Parties are directed to appear before Hon’ble State Commission on 22.11.2023.
