Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 02.07.2019. Complainant failed to appear on last two consecutive dates of hearing i.e. 11.11.2022 and on 05.04.2023. Today also complainant is not present. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
