     Vakalatnama on behalf of OP filed. Heard. The parties have settled the matter. Now complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint. On the front page of the complaint itself, counsel for the complainant has made an endorsement that he has amicably settled the matter with OP and withdraws this complaint. In view of the same, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled.
