ORDER

                    The counsel for the complainant has stated at bar that  the grievance of the complainant has been redressed by the OPs and now he has no grouse against the OPs and  he withdraws the complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
