ORDER

                    The counsel for the complainant has stated that the matter has been amicably settled with the OP and he wants to withdraw the complaint. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
