JUDGMENT

Per Mr. Vikas Saxena, Member: This appeal has been filed under Section 15 of the consumer protection act 1986 against the judgment and order dated 26.8.2019 of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Gutam Budh Nagar passed in the Complaint no.312/2017, Amit Gupta & anr. vs.  Aditya Agrawal, Director, M/s Orion Infrabuild Private Limited by which the learned District Forum dismissed the complaint, filed for compensation of Rs.5,00,000.00 for delayed penalty and Rs.4,68,000.00 for rent.

During the course of hearing of this appeal, learned counsel for both the parties informed the bench that the sale-deed of the property in question has been executed by the opposite party in favour of the complainants/appellants and the possession of the property has already been given to them.

The bench finds that the main controversy between the parties has been resolved and this bench finds that there is no need to proceed with this appeal further and both the parties have agreed that they do not want to proceed with the appeal further.

The Appeal is disposed of accordingly.

The stenographer is requested to upload this order on the Website of this Commission today itself.

Certified copy of this judgment be provided to the parties as per rules.
