Case Called Out, Advocate for Complainant appeared and filed Memo stating that, the OP has replaced the new refrigerator by taking back old one and hence he has no  grievance against  the OP. Further the complainant’s Advocate submit that,in the view of the settlement prayed for dismissal of the complaint as not pressed.

In Pursuance of the Memo the complaint is accordingly Disposed off.
