ORDER

     Today, counsel for complainant/DH has received DD No.284280 dated 23.08.2017 for Rs.3136/- as per execution and made statement on the first page of the execution application itself that he withdraws the present execution being fully satisfied. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Recovery certificate u/s 25(3) of C.P.Act,1986, sent in this case be called back unexecuted forthwith. The miscellaneous application No.39 of 2017 filed on behalf of OP stands disposed of accordingly.

     Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
