Today the present complaint is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility of the complaint but counsel appearing on behalf of complainant tendered a statement before this Commission that there is some technical defect in the complaint and thus, he wants to withdraw the same with permission to file afresh before the appropriate

Forum after rectifying the defect in the complaint and requested that original documents may kindly be returned and the present complaint may be filed.

                   Heard. In view of the statement so tendered by the complainant, the present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the permission to file the same before appropriate Forum after rectifying the defects in the complaint is granted. Original documents may be returned to the complainant, if he so desires after retaining photocopy of the same on the court file after proper receipt. Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
