Case called out. Both the parties are present through Counsel. The Learned Counsel for the complainant has moved an application for dismissal of the present complaint on the ground that, the complainant has made payment of Rs.18,883/- on 04/04/2019 as full and final payment. There is no dues against the complaint. The Learned Counsel for the opposite party has endorsed his “no-objection” on this application. In view of the above, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. The present application is allowed. The case is dismissed as per prayer of the complainant. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
