It appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant of this case has died and order dated 25/07/2017 was passed for taking steps for substitution within a period of seven days but, no steps were taken in compliance of the aforesaid order. It also appears from perusal of the record that, none is appearing on behalf of the complainant since 30/05/2017 therefore, there appears no justification for further proceedings in this case. The case is dismissed for want of prosecution. Let record be consigned.
