Case called out repeatedly. Complainant is absent. None responds on behalf of the complainant. O.P. is present through Counsel. It appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant is not appearing since long back. He has also not filed rejoinder affidavit against the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the O.P.  Since, the complainant is not appearing since long back, it appears that, he is not desirous of prosecuting the present complaint. In view of the above, there appears no justification for further proceedings in this case. The present complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
