The learned Counsel for the Opposite Party has submitted that, none is appearing on behalf of the complainant since long back. He has also submitted that, the present case relates to the theft of electricity therefore, in view of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in 2013(3) C.L.T. Page.226 U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. V/s Aneesh Ahamad, this Forum has no jurisdiction to decide the case. We have gone through the entire record of the case and found that, the present case relates to the theft of electricity therefore, this Forum has got no jurisdiction to decide the present complaint. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the present case is liable to be dismissed. This complaint is dismissed accordingly. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
