          “Stated that I have amicably settled the dispute with the Opposite Parties and now I do not want to proceed with this complaint and the same kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.”

          In view of the statement made by the complainant recorded separately, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Copy of orders be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
