1.      ADEL Landmarks Limited (Formerly Known as ERA Landmarks Limited) having its Head Office at B-24, Sector 3, Noida – 201301 and also having its Registered and Corporate Office at 153 Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, New Delhi -110020 through its Managing Director/Authorized Signatory.

2.      Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited having its Branch Office at Unit No.201, IInd Floor, Vipul Agora Building, M.G. Road, Gurgaon -122002 through its Branch Manager.

                                                O R D E R

 

NAWAB SINGH J, (ORAL)

 

1.      Dimbeshwar Hazarika-complainant has made a statement (Annexure A) that he received post dated cheques amounting to Rs.26,00,887/- (photocopies Annexures A-1 to A-4) in full and final settlement from ADEL Landmarks Limited-opposite party No.1.  He has further urged that since the matter has been compromised, the complaint be dismissed as withdrawn.

2.      Vinay Sharma, Representative of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL)-opposite party No.2 has also made statement (Annexure B) that he has received post dated cheques amounting to Rs.33,00,000/- (Annexures A-5 to A-7) in full and final settlement of the loan account of Dimbeshwar Hazarika and Reeta Hazarika-complainants.  DHFL shall issue No Due Certificate to the complainants after clearance of the post dated cheques.  

3.      In view of the statements made, complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
